About the Role
You will be part of the team responsible for delivering payroll to all employees in Sweden – currently, we process payroll for 10,000 employees. Our mission is to ensure that salaries and other compensations are paid out on time and with high quality. We are highly focused on improving and simplifying processes for managers and employees. Therefore, our role includes delivering clear results and driving automation and digitalization. You are expected to lead and participate in projects aimed at developing both existing and new ways of working to optimize our payroll delivery.
In this role, you will provide advice on handling payroll-related matters, including daily operations, and ensure that processes are correctly set up according to collective agreements and legal requirements to process payroll and deliver necessary data. As part of our automation journey, you will focus on and lead initiatives to improve, develop, and simplify our processes from a process and systems perspective. Overall, the role involves splitting your time between managing monthly payroll and driving projects to develop our practices and processes related to benefits, tax, and accounting.
You will collaborate closely with other specialists in Compensation & Benefits, Group Finance, HR IT, our colleagues in Global Services in Vilnius, and with our external providers of payroll and benefits systems.
Compensation & Benefits is a group-wide function responsible for strategy, implementation, and payment. We have recently created an integrated unit that manages payroll across the full value chain. This transformation journey is supported by digital tools and automated processes, aiming to reduce administrative work and increase value creation.

- Enjoy working with process-oriented payroll management and have excellent skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Are a certified payroll specialist and have at least five to seven years of experience working with advanced payroll matters, payroll systems, and interpreting collective agreements.
- Enjoy working in projects, implementing processes based on new regulations, and applying problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Preferably have experience in digitalization or project management.
- Are comfortable working in English, as our work environment is international.
